I visited Newport, RI on business trips and also as a cruise ship destination.  Newport is a seaside city in Aquidneck Island in Newport County, RI, US.  The city of Newport is located southeast of Providence, south of Fall River and Boston.  We strolled on a winding path along Newport’s shoreline “Newport Cliff Walk”, and took in the 3.5 mile picturesque walk along Newports spectacular Atlantic Coastline.  The Atlantic Coastline has crashing surf on one side and the Gilded Age Masion on the other side.  We toured the Newport Vineyards in Middletown, New England.  The tour included the winemaking process; wine and cheese tastings, with crackers, bread and fruits.  We had a wonderful time in Newport, RI, each and every time.
