We attended the Delaware State Fair, and the Harrington, Raceway and Casino; both located at the Delaware State Fairgrounds.

The Delaware State Fair was started as a way to promote agriculture; and to give pleasures and diversion to the rural communities within the state of Delaware. The first fair opened in 1920 and admission was 50 cents for adults.  We attended in 2016 and the admission was seven dollars.  Today the fair is still rooted in agriculture; while also having live entertainment and a large carnival.  I had my picture drawn by a local artist.  Does this look like me, you decide..
